★★★★★	We love our King Blue Nutcracker. We bought one in Germany last year on our travels but didn’t know where to get one this year. We trusted this site, the online site was easy to navigate and although I thought shipping was expensive, it was worth it. The outside of the package had a gash in it but inside it was well protected and the nutcracker was in a smaller box that was also padded. His left arm was disattached and missing a little blue paint but we slipped it back in, hiding the missing paint. Not worth sending it back. We are so pleased with the quality and are giving it to our daughter-in-law for Christmas! It’s a surprise and she will be so pleased! I highly recommend Erzgebirge-Palace!
