We ship worldwide.
All products are shipped as soon as possible. In general we deliver your orders to our dispatch partners 3-7 days after they are placed.

All of our products are handmade and therefore are not stored in warehouses in mass quantities. In some occasions the orders are specially made. Should there be a delay in the delivery time, we inform our customers immediately by email.

For your and our safety we only ship our products with insurance.

Delivery estimates:

• countries within the European Union: 5 to 15 days
• countries outside the European Union: 1 to 3 weeks

all other countries:
39.50 Euro fee per shipment (flatrate - unlimited items)
Free shipping for orders over 475.00 Euro

Customers from the USA can also choose Premium DHL Delivery Service during checkout process. This DHL Service reduces delivery time to the US to 1 to 2 weeks and costs +30,00 Euro compared to regular shipping.

Shipping times might be slightly longer during the holiday season.
