Dregeno Seiffen

The woodturning cooperative DREGENO from the Ore Mountains unites over 100 small and larger workshops under the brand DREGENO Seiffen. This enables the Dregeno to offer extremely comprehensive assortments in all essential areas of folk art from the Ore Mountains. Especially in the case of smoking men, pyramids, candle arches and nutcrackers, you will find many particularly unusual models that are otherwise very difficult to obtain.

Pyramids

From Dregeno there are one, two, three, and four-story pyramids with colored and natural figures to choose from. Sometimes playful in bright colors, sometimes with a pointed roof or a rotating chip tree in the middle, no Dregeno pyramid is like the other. Whether modern or traditional - everyone gets their money's worth here. The 4-tier pyramid "Nativity" with a height of 58 cm is a beautiful example of a very classic Christmas pyramid. The visible structure of the wood makes the pyramid look natural, which is enhanced by the nativity figures on the pyramid plates in dark and light natural tones.

Nutcrackers

The miniature nutcrackers from Dregeno are still of a traditional nature in terms of their figure representation. Kings, hussars, soldiers, Prussians, miners and hunters are reminiscent of bygone times and exude a touch of nostalgia in their nutcracker form. Some of the wooden figures are equipped with an accessory: the soldier with a rifle, the chimney sweep with a ladder and Santa Claus, of course, with gifts and a crozier. The 9 to 16 cm long fellows are characterized by their white hair, the unmistakable beard growth as well as the neat uniform matching the state of the motif.

Smoking man

The Dregeno smoking men are designed with quite unusual ideas and accessories. Thus, creative figure motifs such as construction worker, photographer, painter, organ grinder and midwife complement our range. The profession of the smoking journeymen can be recognized at first sight by the colorful work clothes and utensils. The master painter impresses with his colorful smock, in his hands he holds a wooden ladder, several brushes and a bucket with red paint... Also the construction manager with laser equipment and building instructions including a picture of two houses as well as the midwife with a baby wrapped in blue in her arms seem to have no break from her work at the moment.

As a little extra or alternative to the smoking man, the Dregeno artisans have designed smoking houses and smoking mushrooms. Thus, you can also let it smoke out of the chimney of the ski hut or a traditional forest hut. In quite an autumnal look, the smoking mushroom features a light wood color and visible natural grain of the mushroom head. Pine cone, mini mushroom, acorn and snail decoratively design the small entrance, which is located in the thick style of the mushroom. I wonder who might live here?

Candle arches

The Candle Arch "Nativity" is made in light natural wood color and shows the classic Nativity scene in a filigree way. The Christian figures of Mary, Joseph, the Christ child, kings and shepherds as well as the oriental palms fill the Schwibbogen by symmetrical placement. The 10 electric fluted candles on the arch illuminate the holy scene. The dimensions of the arch are 67,5×44 cm.

The woodturning cooperative Dregeno Seiffen e.G is an association of about 130 member companies with the greatest possible variety of products Ore Mountains folk art.
